Hurst Farm Pond

Hurst Farm Pond is one of East Grinstead in Blooms Neighbourhood Projects. It is a conservation project where we look after an area of beauty and encourage wildlife to reside in the area.

We have installed bird and bat boxes to encourage the wildlife and are looking to improve the area further to support the resident ducks and moorhens who use the pond.

Residents and volunteers meet at the pond on the second Sunday of each month.

We are always looking for volunteers to help with our projects so if you have am interest in conservation and helping local wildlife, please contact us as we’d love to hear from you. Any amount of time volunteered, from 10 mins to 2 hours helps maintain this lovely area used by many local residents.

This is an exciting concept for the coming year.
